1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM

3. OPEN FORUM

4. CLOSED SESSION: Consult with legal counsel regarding the 2019 bond projects: Tex. Gov't Code Sections 551.071 and 551.129.

5. Consider and act on the IBI Group's recommendation regarding the possible division of construction projects for 2019 Bond Projects.

6. Approve CMaR (Construction Manager at Risk) rankings for the entirety of the 2019 Bond Projects or divide construction projects and to authorize the administration to negotiate contracts.

7. PERSONNEL CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to §551.074(1), Texas Government
Code, the Board of Trustees may meet in closed session to discuss personnel matters, including employee contract renewal/nonrenewals. Any action, decision,
or vote in this matter will be taken in open session, according to law.
