1. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed session with Region 5 Representative(s) to deliberate the selection of a lone finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools.The Board will deliberate in closed (executive) session, as permitted by § 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov’t Code. The Board may, or may not, take action at this Special Meeting to name a lone finalist.  If it does take such action, it will do so in open (public) session, according to law.
