1. CLOSED SESSION: Superintendent's Annual Evaluation. Pursuant to Section 551.074(1), Texas Gov't Code, the Board of Trustees will meet in closed session to consider the annual evaluation of the Superintendent. Any action, decision, or vote will be taken in open session at the next regular board meeting, upon notice thereof.
