1. Consider and, if appropriate, take action to retain a project management firm for long range planning related to new facilities and renovations. The Board may elect to meet in closed session to deliberate this matter, as permitted by Section 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't Code. Any action, decision or vote on this matter will be taken in open session, according to law.

2. CLOSED SESSION: Consider and, if appropriate, take action to employ one or more architectural firms. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed session to deliberate the appointment of one or more architectural firms, as permitted by Section 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't Code. Any action, decision or vote on any matter discussed in closed session will be taken in open session, according to law.
