1. CLOSED SESSION: Consider and, if appropriate, take action on a Level III employee complaint. The complaint will be heard in closed (executive) session at the request of the NISD employee against whom the complaint is brought by the complaining employee, in accordance with Sect. 551.082(a)(2), Tex. Gov't. Code. The Board may elect to conduct a private consultation with its attorney before and/or after the grievance presentation regarding the legal aspects of the complaint, in accordance with Sect. 551.071(2), Tex. Gov't. Code. Any action, decision, or vote on this matter will be taken in open (public) session, according to law.

2. CLOSED SESSION: Consider and, if appropriate, take action on a matter involving an NISD professional employee. The Board will deliberate the matter in closed (executive) session, in accordance with Sect. 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't. Code. The Board may elect to conduct a private consultation with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of this personnel matter, in accordance with Sect. 551.071(2), Tex. Gov't. Code. Any action, decision or vote on this matter will be taken in open (public) session, according to law.
