On an Interlocal Agreement with the City of El Paso for Public Health and Environmental Services for the Town of Horizon City and authorizing the Mayor to execute. Compensation for these services provided by the City of El Paso will be $174,542.00 for the FY 2021/2022 Contract. The term of the Agreement is September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022.

Public Hearing on Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2021/2022 Budget: For the purpose of allowing the public to question and comment on the proposed Fiscal Year 2021/2022 Budget. Copies of the proposed budget are available for your review at the City Clerk’s Office at the Town of Horizon City, 14999 Darrington Road, Horizon City, Texas between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and are available on the City’s website.
