Administration has obtained consortium pricing for the purchase of maintenance vehicles and recommends the purchase of two (2) replacement maintenance vehicles from Gorno Ford totaling $128,452.00. This purchase will be funded from the General Fund.

Walled Lake Consolidated School District solicited and received bids for the procurement of telecommunications, internet access and related equipment for the New Wixom Elementary School funded through bond proceeds. The bid process was facilitated through the mutual efforts of WLCSD administration, PMR and Auch Construction (The Project Team). The recommendation from the Team is to award the trade contracts, as presented, in an amount totaling $496,815.75.

11. AGREEMENT AMENDMENT - MOVE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR 2024 BOND PROGRAM
Administration recommends to continue to use Plante Moran Realpointe to coordinate additional move management services related to the Geisler Educational Services Center in an amount not to exceed $51,000.00 for the 2024 Bond Program, for the scope of additional services, as presented.

12. RESOLUTIONS: 2025-26 BUDGET AMENDMENTS
Administration has evaluated the budget line items, and adjustments have been made to reflect 2025-26 revenues and expenditures more accurately. Administration recommends the 2025-26 budget amendment resolutions be adopted as presented. |

13. BOND RESOLUTION - 2026 SCHOOL BUILDING AND SITE BONDS
The Bond Resolution authorizes the School District’s Administration to proceed with the issuance of the third series of the $250 million of Bonds approved by the voters at the May 7, 2024, election. As planned, the amount of the third series of Bonds to be issued will be an amount not to exceed $85,765,000. The Resolution sets forth the terms of the Bonds and authorizes all of the actions required by law in order to issue the Bonds. The Resolution delegates to the Superintendent or the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services the authority to negotiate and accept an offer to purchase the Bonds from the Underwriter. The President and Secretary are authorized to sign the Bonds, and the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Business Services are authorized to sign all of the other closing documents. It is anticipated that the Closing of the Bonds will occur in June 2026.

The Board Policy Subcommittee and Administration have reviewed the proposed Board Policies updates, which are being provided for the Board's review with anticipation of adoption at a future Board meeting. The updated policies are in alignment with the current law.
