13. BOARD POLICY ADOPTION  – 1000 BYLAWS
The updated Board Policy 1001-Organization and Functioning of the Board specific to the role of the Secretary is being provided for the Board's review and consideration.

14. BOARD POLICY ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS UPDATE
4000 AR Central Office Administrators and Building Administrators Board policy regulations have been updated to reflect administrative changes in the District. 2001 AR Student Fees, Deposits, Fines, and Charges have been updated to reflect the 2023-24 Preschool Program fees. This update is being provided as an informational item prior to the Preschool registration process and the Board Policy website update and notification.

15. OAKLAND COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ASSOCIATION BYLAWS AMENDMENTS
Oakland County School Board Association (OCSBA) Resolutions and Bylaws Committee reviews the bylaws annually. The OCSBA Board of Directors has reviewed the proposed changes and recommends approval of all bylaws amendments as presented. Every Member District Board of Education has been provided with the proposed amendments and a summary of proposed changes with a rationale for each change. OCSBA requires that each Member District Board of Education present a vote on the proposed Bylaws.

16. OAKLAND COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ASSOCIATION RESOLUTIONS AMENDMENTS
Oakland County School Board Association (OCSBA) Government Relations Committee (GRC) establishes Legislative Priorities for the current legislative session. The Resolutions and Bylaws Committee then reviews the adopted legislative priorities and drafts resolutions based on those legislative priorities. When there is alignment with Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) and/or the National School Boards Association (NSBA) resolutions, the appropriate resolution information is referenced. Every Member District Board of Education has been provided with the proposed resolutions and amendments. OCSBA requires that each Member District Board of Education present a vote on the proposed resolutions.
