Description: Pursuant to Board policy BED, the Board will allow every person who wishes to address the board on an agenda item to do so before the board’s consideration of the item. The Board shall not deliberate regarding any subject that is not included on the agenda posted with notice of this meeting. This is a time for the Board to stop, look, and listen to public comments. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes to address the Board. We ask that speakers refrain from comments about any District employee without proper due process.

III.C. Consider and Approve the Proposal for the Track Resurfacing Substructure Repair

Presenter: Superintendent, Wayne Bennett

Description:

This Proposal for in the amount of $35,471.00, includes installing the below-referenced track and field surfacing system over an acceptable receiving surface (existing or by others) including material, labor and freight in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Single Mobilization
All lane lines and event markings per NFHS rules and regulations
New or patched asphalt or concrete receiving surface be allowed to cure for 28 days depending on surface type
Prevailing wage rates

III.D. Consider and Approve Budget Amendment #6

Presenter: Chief Financial Officer Adrianna Moreno

Description: To Allocate and Cover the Expenses for all Employee Convocation Shirts and the Proposal for the Track Resurfacing Substructure Repairs

IV. Open 2026-2027 Preliminary Budget Workshop

Description: Materials for the initial 2026-2027 budget workshop will be presented with explanations, and time will be allotted for questions and answers.
