Persons who wish to participate in this portion of the meeting shall sign up by completing the appropriate form on the District website, in person, or by sending an e-mail with the form as an attachment to the e-mail address listed on the form which must be received no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day prior to the meeting as the meeting begins at 8 a.m. |
