Request to have a closed session as authorized by the Texas Government Code in accordance with Sections 551.071: consultation with board attorney regarding all matters as authorized by law including board governance; and 551.074: deliberation regarding employment, evaluation, discipline, duties of personnel including Superintendent contract and evaluation and superintendent search, including discussion of superintendent applicants. No action will be taken following the closed session.
