Request to have a closed session as authorized by the Texas Government Code in accordance with Sections 551.071: consultation with board attorney regarding all matters as authorized by law including board governance; and 551.074: deliberation regarding employment, evaluation, discipline, duties of personnel including Superintendent contract and evaluation and superintendent search, including Board interviews of applicants for superintendent position and discussion of superintendent applicants. No action will be taken following the closed session.
