1.C.1. Clearfield High School Addition and Remodel GMP (exhibit)
Presenter:

Description:
Hogan & Associates, the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the Clearfield High School Addition project, bid the project to subcontractors to create a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The project consists of a new two-story building that will house all the Career and Technical Education courses. This building will be the first phase of a future replacement of the existing building. Construction will begin as soon as school is out and is expected to be complete in August 2026. The administration recommends a motion to approve the bid of $31,985,864.00 awarded to Hogan and Associates for the Clearfield High School Addition and Remodel.

1.C.2. Layton High School Addition and Remodel GMP (exhibit)

Description:
Hogan & Associates, the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the Layton High School Addition and Remodel project, bid the project to subcontractors to create a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The project consists of the addition of 14 new classrooms, consisting of performing arts, science, and family and consumer sciences. Remodeling of the interior corridors to relieve congestion will also take place. Construction will begin as soon as school is out and is expected to be complete in August 2026. The administration recommends a motion to approve the bid of $32,907,118.00 awarded to Hogan & Associates for the Layton High School Addition and Remodel project.
