2.C. Required Annual Board Training and Plan for TSSP/LAND Trust Plan Approval
Presenter:
Dr. Greg Wilkey
Description:
Dr. Wilkey will provide the required annual training for board members on community council, LAND Trust, and Teacher and Student Success Act (TSSA) requirements. The board will preview the structure and content of school TSSP/LAND Trust Plans for the 2023-24 school year, review board reading assignments, and lay out reading and approval timelines. School plans are being finalized and will be provided to the board in an upcoming meeting.

2.E. Pools Interlocal Agreements (exhibit)
Presenter:
Mr. Craig Carter, Business Administrator, Dr. Tim Best
Description:
Dr. Tim Best and Mr. Carter will provide an overview of the district's swimming program and contraints each school faces with quality pool time to practice. Our partnership with each municipality that operates pools has been and will continue to be a positive partnership. As demands grow for access to each pool and our team swimming participation increases, pool access will be more difficult in the future. We will share options we have discussed with each organization as well as constructing our own pool/pools.
