IV.A.1. Recommend to approve proposed Compensation Plan, including supplemental pay, and TASB general pay increase of 1.50% for Teachers, 1.50% for Administrative Professional and 1.50% for Clerical Paraprofessional & 1.50% for Auxiliary for fiscal year 2018-2019. Each of the proposed increases will be based on the mid-point for employees' respective pay grade.
