10.a. Action Item 43-18-19. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the agreement between Midwest Energy & Communications (MEC) and Chelsea School District to provide MEC with two strands of dark fiber in order to provide broadband service to Lyndon Township; subject to approval through negotiations with the Superintendent. In exchange, Midwest Energy & Communications (MEC) will provide Chelsea School District with fiber maintenance for the duration of the agreement.
