10.a. Agreement between Midwest Energy & Communications (MEC) and Chelsea School District to provide MEC with two strands of dark fiber in order to provide broadband service to Lyndon Township. In exchange, Midwest Energy & Communications (MEC) will provide Chelsea School District with fiber maintenance for the duration of the agreement.
