9.a. Action Item 84-13-14. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the Revised WEOC Agreement.

9.b. Action Item 85-13-14. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the Beach technology purchase recommendations in the amount of $322,737.34, to be paid from the FFE fund and from the technology bond funds.

9.c. Action Item 86-13-14. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the District Network Backbone Upgrade purchase from InacompTSG in the amount of $107,618 to be paid through 22i technology grant funds.

9.d. Action Item 87-13-14. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the new and updated Board Policies.

10.b. Action Item 89-13-14. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board appoint a Committee to review an expulsion reinstatement request, in accordance with Board Policy 5610.01 - Permanent Expulsion. Committee members are: Steve Olsen, Anne Mann, Andrew Ingall, Beth Bell, and Eric Lantis.
