3. Consent Action Items:

3.a. Action Item 59-12-13.  Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the technology bid package from Apple through the REMC contract in the amount of $479,040 for the iPad one-to-one program at the high school.

3.b. Action Item 60-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Asphalt Specialist in the amount of $356,956 for RFP 12-13-05 for site work improvements at the high school to be funded through sinking funds.

3.c. Action Item 61-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Remer Plumbing & Heating in the amount of $523,000 for RFP 12-13-06 for mechanical upgrades at Beach Middle and the high school to be funded through sinking funds.

3.d. Action Item 62-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Technical Energy Solutions in the amount of $52,860 for RFP 12-13-07 for temperature control upgrades at South Meadows and Beach Middle to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.e. Action Item 63-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Racquet Sports in the amount of $24,695 for RFP 12-13-08 the tennis court resurfacing at Beach Middle to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.f. Action Item 64-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Lester Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $70,112 for RFP 12-13-09 for site work improvements at North Creek and Beach Middle to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.g. Action Item 65-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Livingston Power Company in the amount of $82,500 for RFP 12-13-11 for general trades at North Creek, Beach Middle, Chelsea High School and Transportation to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.h. Action Item 66-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Creative Windows in the amount of $52,928 for RFP 12-13-12 for blind replacements at North Creek, South Meadows, and Beach Middle schools to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.i. Action Item 67-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Shamrock Floor Covering in the amount of $421,013 for RFP 12-13-13 for floor coverings at the high school and WSEC to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.j. Action Item 68-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Classic Painting in the amount of $159,650 for RFP 12-13-14 for interior painting and wall coverings at the high school and WSEC to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.k. Action Item 69-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the bid from Interstate Security in the amount of $18,715 for RFP 12-13-15 for door alarms and access controls at North Creek, South Meadows, and Transportation to be funded through 2012 bond funds.

3.l. Action Item 70-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the establishment of contingency accounts for the 2013 construction projects in the amount of $87,996 to be funded by sinking funds.

3.m. Action Item 71-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the establishment of contingency accounts for the 2013 construction projects in the amount of $88,274 to be funded by 2012 bond funds.
