If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551, Subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code section 418.183(f). II. Public Forum

Statements made during public comment are the opinions of the speaker and not necessarily those of the Board or District staff. During public comment please refrain from yelling, using profanity, interrupting other speakers, making personal attacks on District employees, or engaging in other uncivil conduct. Speakers can be held liable for their statements.

Closed Session to discuss matters concerning the following: Pursuant to Texas
Government Code Section(s): 551.076 Security & 551.074, 551.071, 551.129, Consider and Discuss Personnel Issue regarding Voiding a Probationary Employment Contract. The Board of Trustees will reconvene in open session for action, if any, to be taken on items discussed in closed session.
