Consideration and possible approval to allow the Early College High School, that will be built at a later time, to serve as the storm shelter for the field house and locker room expansion in accordance with ICC 500, and grant Dr. Shields and Mr. Gooden the authority to make decisions regarding all construction matters including, but not excluding ICC 500, building permits, and inspections with the City of Bellmead moving forward
