Description:
(Participants may address the board on any item on the agenda or any other topic. If the topic deals with
personnel it is imperative that personnel related comments be withheld for the executive session part of the agenda. The board's function at this time is to listen to comments. Formal action cannot be taken. If anyone has any comments, please state your name, the group you represent, if any, and make your statement within a three to five minute time limit.)

5.A. Consideration of and possible action to adopt the prevailing wage schedule (hourly rates only) to be used as the Prevailing Wage Schedule for all construction projects.

5.B. Consideration of and possible action to approve the 3rd Party Pre Award Review Findings of Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC).

5.C. Consideration of and possible action to select a licensed professional engineer to serve as the District's independent representative for the District's Energy Savings Performance Contract.
