3. The Board will recess into Closed Meeting to consider Level 3 Grievance of Latarsha Cotton in the Board Room as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act Code Subchapter 551.071, 551.074, 551.082 and 551.0821.

Audience participation shall be permitted at regular Board meetings and shall be limited to the public comment portion designated for that purpose |
