In accordance with guidelines established by the Texas School Safety Center, each school district shall establish a school safety and security committee. Texas Education Code Sec. 37.109 |

3.A. Security personnel of devices: deliberation about a security audit or the deployment or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices, in Closed Session, Texas Government Code §551.076

3.A.1. DOOR AUDITS
|
|
3.B. Security infrastructure: Deliberation about security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology; network security information described by Government Code section 2059.055(b); or the deployment or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices. Texas Government Code §551.089.

3.B.1. DUNCANVILLE ISD MULTI-HAZARD EMERGENCY PLAN INCLUDING ACTIVE THREAT PLAN

3.C. Student Information: Deliberation about the discipline of a public school child or about a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation. Tex. Gov't Code §551.082(a)(1), .0821. These exceptions may be applicable if the committee is presented with information about a threat assessment for an individual student.
