2. Superintendent /staff reports related to the impact of Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey on school district facilities, operation and personnel

Consider approval of resolution related to authorizing the Superintendent to compensate all employees for days when the District was/is closed due to inclement weather and hurricane conditions as well as authorizing the Superintendent to modify the instructional calendar and seek any and all related waivers from the Texas Education Agency, as well as authorizing the Superintendent to enter into contracts for the replacement or repair of the equipment, school facilities in accordance with Section 44.031(h) of the Texas Education Code, and ratify and approve actions taken by the Superintendent
