1. Call to order and establish a quorum.

3. Recognition of Teacher of the Month, Employee of the Month, and Caught in the Act personnel.

4. Administrator Student Advisory Council Report.

5. Hearing of Delegations. Any individual or group that is present and who has signed in may address the Board. Formal action may not be taken on any item(s) so addressed unless it is already an agenda item. Delegations will be allowed to address the Board for a reasonable period of time not to exceed five (5) minutes in relation to the designated topic. Please respect the privacy of others and refrain from identifying students or Anna ISD employees by name. The Board requests that comments on any subject, whether positive or negative, be courteous and respectful.

6. "Consent Agenda" - All items on Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these item(s) unless a member of the governing body or a citizen so requests, in which event, these item(s) will be removed from the general course of business and considered in normal sequence.

7. TASB salary study presentation.  

8. Consider adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of unlimited tax refunding bonds, establishing sale parameters, authorizing the execution of a bond purchase contract and an escrow agreement; approving an official statement; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject.

9. Update on current district construction projects. 

10. Discuss the possible implementation of the Anna High School Ambassador Program. 

11. Report on the purposed Budget Calendar for the 2017-18 school year. 

12. Discuss and take appropriate action on designating Heather Mackey as election coordinator for Anna ISD and allowing the Collin County Elections Office to appoint election officials as needed for election, BBD (Legal).

13. Discuss and take appropriate action on calling for Anna ISD Board of Trustees election on May 6, 2017, to fill places 5, and 7 to be held jointly with the City of Anna, BBB (Legal) and BBB (Local).

14. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Policy Review Session recommendations regarding (LOCAL) policies, BF (Local).

15. Discuss and take appropriate action on the 2017-18 calendar.

16. Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Texas Government Code Section 551.072, Texas Government Code Section 551.076, Texas Government Code Section 418.183 and Texas Government Code Section 551.071  .

16.A. Personnel Matters - Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

16.B. Real Property - Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.

16.C. Personnel Matters - Discussion of appraisals and contracts for Anna ISD District Administrators on 11 and 12 month contracts, DFBB (Legal).
