1. Call to order and establish a quorum.

2. Invocation.

3. Hearing of Delegations. Any individual or group that is present and who has signed in may address the Board. Formal action may not be taken on any item(s) so addressed unless it is already an agenda item. Delegations will be allowed to address the Board for a reasonable period of time not to exceed five (5) minutes in relation to the designated topic. Discussion of individual students or school district personnel is not allowed in open presentation.

4. "Consent Agenda" - All items on Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these item(s) unless a member of the governing body or a citizen so requests, in which event, these item(s) will be removed from the general course of business and considered in normal sequence.

4.A. Approve minutes of previous meeting(s).

4.B. Approve renewal of Property Casualty Insurance with TASB.

4.C. Approve monthly Revenues and Expenditures.

4.D. Approve Resignations.

4.E. Approve TASB policy DFE(Local), designating Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services/Human Resources to accept resignations for contracted employees.

4.F. Approve revised TASB policy DNA(Local) and DNB(Local), TEA replacing PDAS teacher/principal evaluations with TTESS and TPESS teacher/principal evaluations.

4.G. Approve HB 2610 Pre-K Waiver.

4.H. Approve Gifted and Talented Handbook for the 2016-2017 school year.

5. Construction/Renovation update.

6. Discuss and take appropriate action on the reviewing the plan of finance and adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of unlimited tax bonds, establishing sale parameters authorizing the execution of a bond purchase contract and and escrow agreement, approving an official statement and enacting other provisions relating to the subject.

7. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Texas Department of Agriculture lunch pricing mandate.

8. Discuss and take appropriate action on accepting security camera bids for Joe K. Bryant, Sue E. Rattan and Anna High School.

9. Discuss and take appropriate action on the purchase of two (2) new suburbans for the AISD Transportation Fleet.

10. Discuss and take appropriate action to set a date for a Budget Workshop.

11. Discussion on the STAAR-EOC testing irregularities.

12. Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.074 and Texas Government Code Section 551.072.

12.A. Personnel Matters - Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

12.B. Real Property - Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.

13. Action pursuant to Executive Session items.
