2.B.2. Proposed employment of Yvette Joyce Rosales for AM-7 position on a 234-day Probationary Contract. [Probable assignment: Executive Director for Business & Management Support, subject to assignment and reassignment by Superintendent.]

2.C. [Section 551.072, Government Code - deliberation regarding Real Property:] To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Board in negotiations with a third party, to wit:
