[Section 551.071, Government Code - Consultation With Attorney:] For a private consultation with the Board’s attorney with respect to pending or contemplated litigation or settlement offers, and/or on matters where the attorney's duty to the Board, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the open government provisions of Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to wit:

2.A.1. Proposed Letter of Intent from the Bexar County Juvenile Board to enter into negotiations for purchase of Emma Frey Elementary School and related matters.

2.A.2. Legal issues dealing with Policy CI (Local) amendments that are submitted for first reading.

2.B. [Section 551.072, Government Code - deliberation regarding Real Property:] To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Board in negotiations with a third party, to wit:

3.D. Approval of a contract with A. Vasquez Construction Co., Inc. to construct a new parking lot at Roosevelt Elementary School.

3.E. Approval of amendment to interlocal training agreement #DC-LDP24 with the University of Texas at Austin through the Charles A. Dana Center for Leadership Development Training and support services for Kennedy High School Math and Science teachers in the amount of $32,000 funded by the Texas High School Redesign and Restructuring Grant - Cycle 2.
