Description:
Attendees will sign-in, the committee chair will call the meeting to order, and attendees will introduce themselves.

2.1. Review Meeting Notes
Description:
We will review the meeting notes from the previous meeting.

2.2. Budget
Description:
We will review the budget for FY 16. Based on meeting notes from February's meeting, schools will receive $113,205, Goodhue County Health and Human Services will receive 5% of this year's revenues, and Goodhue County Court Services will receive 4% of this year's revenues. The salary for the Compensation Coordinator is estimated to be $3000 for this year, and the CHI contract extension will cost $22,140. Option 2 reflects this information.

2.3. Health initiative Work Plan
Description:
At our last meeting, we authorized Julie Hatch to continue working from October 1st-December 31st to complete a Health Initiative Needs Assessment / Environmental Scan. Julie's work plan and budget for this work are attached.

Description:
Julie will provide an update about the CHI grant.

2.5. Update on Now is the Time Grant
Description:
Julie will provide an update about the Now is the Time grant.

2.6. Roundtable
Description:
Each member will be given the opportunity to discuss issues in their organization, especially related to the Health Initiative.
