Description:
The food service has been resolved with a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the points discussed on January 6th.

2.2. Update on Hiring of District Administrative Assistant
Description:
Out of a strong pool of 20 candidates, including 9 internal candidates, I offered the position to a candidate who can begin work on February 10th. Her hiring is on the consent agenda for the school board meeting on February 3rd.

2.3. Student Discipline at Burnside
Description:
To address student behavioral issues at Burnside, I have been working on a plan that would provide additional resources for the remainder of the school year.

2.4. Human Resources Plan
Description:
We will discuss options for administrative restructuring as part of the Human Resources plan. This plan will be discussed at a workshop in late March to give us more time to provide a comprehensive report.
