2. Dismissal due process hearing for teacher Charles Preaus

2.A. Statement of procedures by Board President

2.B. Opening statement by the Superintendent or her attorney

2.C. Opening statement by Charles Preaus or his attorney

2.D. Presentation of evidence by the Superintendent or her attorney, subject to cross-examination by Charles Preaus or his attorney, and question from the Board of Education

2.E. Presentation of evidence by Charles Preaus or his attorney, subject to cross-examination by the Superintendent or her attorney and questions from the Board of Education.  

2.F. Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence, if any, subject to cross-education and questions from the Board of Education

2.G. Closing statement by Superintendent or her attorney

2.H. Closing statement by Charles Preaus or his attorney

3. The Board will vote to convene or not convene into Executive Session to discuss and deliberate on the dismissal or not of Charles Preaus from his employment with the Miami Public Schools pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes Title 25, Section 307(B)(1)

4. Acknowledge board’s return to Open Session.

5. Executive session minutes compliance announcement.

6. The Board will consider, make a motion, and vote to approve or not approve to adopt Findings of Fact.

7. The Board will consider, make a motion, and vote to approve or not approve to dismiss Charles Preaus from his employment with the Miami School District.

8. The Board will consider, make a motion, and vote to accept any resignations submitted to the Board of Education after the posting of the Agenda.

9. Board will adjourn
