1. Call to Order/Roll Call to establish quorum

2. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve Cynthia Belcher as an adjunct teacher at Miami Junior High School and Miami High School to teach in the area of English for the 2024-2025 school year.

3. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the proposed updated Board of Education Policy FEF_Student Transfers for Children of Employees.
|
|
4. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve granting Amanda Drew with Barlow and Associates the ability to have access to Single Sign on regarding federal programs in GMS and the ability to submit on behalf of the district for claims and grants.
|
|
5. Proposed Executive Session to hear evidence and discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA, which are all authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(5) and (B)(7).

6. Convene or not convene into executive session
|
|
7. Acknowledge board’s return to Open Session.
|
|
8. Executive session minutes compliance announcement.
|
|
9. The Board will vote to accept, reject, or amend the recommendation of the administration with regard to the suspension of minor student A.
