This meeting will be held in person at the above location and will also be live-streamed.  Seating may necessitate the use of more than one room in the administration building subject to the capacity that can safely convene.

III. Adjourn to Closed Meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 of the Open Meetings Act for the Following purpose: Presentation of Level III employee grievance hearing regarding Strategic Staffing Initiative Incentive and deliberation regarding same; deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, revaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee

III.A. Consultation with legal counsel regarding Level III employee grievance hearing and related matters, and any other subject as permitted by law, pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.071.
