1. Consult with attorney and receive confidential advice concerning various matters and real property issues  - Texas Government Code § 551.071

2. Deliberation concerning the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property (16.63 +/- acres adjacent to the west property line of the MISD High School Athletic Offices and Football Stadium, Marshall, TX) - Texas Government Code § 551.072

B. OPEN SESSION/MATTERS REQUIRING BOARD DISCUSSION/ACTION

1. Deliberation and possible adoption of resolution approving Construction Agreement with WRL for Price T. Young Construction Project

2. Deliberation and possible action adopting resolution approving order of ranking of general contractor proposers for the David Crockett Construction Project

3. Deliberation and possible action adopting resolution selecting the general contractor for the David Crockett Construction Project

4. Deliberation and possible action(s) concerning negotiations and possible purchase of 16.63 +/- acre tract adjacent to the west property line of the MISD High School athletic offices and football stadium, and to authorize individual(s) to negotiate purchase price of property.
