7.B.1. Hidden Valley HS Future Business Leaders of America is requesting continued board support for Chris Pendleton to attend the MBA Leadership Forum in Orlando, Florida January 27-30, 2017. Money will come from two budgets: $1,200 from Southern Oregon ESD and the rest from the business budget from Three Rivers School District.

7.B.2. Evergreen Elementary principal David Regal requests approval to send a team of five teachers and the principal to the Kagan WInter Academy on February 17-20 in Las Vegas, Nevada to support our teachers with research based learning strategies that will engage all learners.

Hidden Valley HS band teacher Joe Green request permission for out of state travel to attend the Western International Band Clinic (WIBC) being held in Seattle, Washington, November 18-21, 2016. Joe Green and seven HCHS students have been selected by the WIBC audition screening committee to participate in this year's clinic.

7.C.1. Three Rivers School District submitted a funding proposal to AllCare Health in the amount of $10,000. Money would be used to provide items for needy students in all middle schools and elementary schools in Three Rivers School District.
