4.B. Out of State Travel Request(s):

4.B.1. Hidden Valley High School teacher Chris Pendleton requests permission to travel to two FBLA trips:  CBEA Conference in Monterey, California from Nov. 13-17 and the FBLA NFLC in New Orleans, Louisiana Nov. 20-24.  There is no expense to the school district.  All expenses are paid by National FBLA and sub costs will come from Perkins.

4.B.2. Hidden Valley High School teacher Dan Speelman would like permission for the Hidden Valley FFA to attend the National FFA Convention held the last week of October .  There will be a maximum of seven students, with at least two chaperones.  All expenses are paid through FFA fundraising and the sub costs are paid out of Hidden Valley sub budget.

4.C.1. Williams Elementary Principal Darrell Erb requests approval to accept a grant in the amount of $5,500 from Communiversity to be used in support of strings instruction.
