Discuss and consider an order authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Leander Independent School District unlimited tax school building bonds, in one or more series; Levying a tax and providing for the security and payment thereof; Providing for the award of the sale thereof in accordance with specified parameters; Authorizing the execution and delivery of a purchase contract and a paying agent/registrar agreement relating to such bonds; Approving the preparation of an official statement; And enacting other provisions relating thereto

Consideration and approval of an order by the Board of Trustees of the Leander Independent School District authorizing the issuance of "Leander Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2018"; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the bonds; prescribing the form, terms, conditions, and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the bonds, including the approval and distribution of an official statement pertaining thereto; authorizing the execution of a paying agent/registrar agreement, a purchasing contract, and an escrow and trust agreement; complying with the letter of representations on file with the depository trust company; delegating the authority to certain members of the Board of Trustees and District staff to execute certain documents relating to the sale of the bonds; and providing an effective date
