At Special Board meetings, citizen comments are limited to topics on the agenda. Citizens wishing to address the Board of Trustees may do so in-person at the meeting location noted on the agenda. In order to address the Board, individuals must sign up between 10:15 and 11:45 AM on the day of the meeting. At Special meetings, Citizen Comments will be limited to 1.5 minutes.
