1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Description:
It has been found and determined that in accordance with the policies and orders of the Board, the notice of this meeting was posted publicly at the Administration Building in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et. seq., and that all the terms of said article have been fully complied with and that the 72-hour notice required has been properly and correctly given.

2. Official Canvass of the November 2, 2021, School Bond Election
Description:
Beginning at 11:30 AM on Thursday, November 11, 2021 in the Board Room of the Administration building, HFISD 12702 2nd Street, Hamshire, Jefferson, County, TX, the canvassing authority of Hamshire-Fannett ISD will meet to canvass returns from the Bond Election held on November 2, 2021, in accordance with Section §67.004, Texas Election Code.
According to Section §67.004, two members or more of the canvassing authority shall constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing the Trustee Election. The procedures to be followed by the canvassing authority are pursuant to Sections §67.004(a-f), Texas Election Code. |

3. Approval to Canvass and certify the returns of the School Board Bond Election held on November 2, 2021.
