6. Resolution # 248-08-15 to approve proposed property tax rate be increased by the adoption of an M & O tax rate of $1.04 and an I & S rate of $0.04, which is effectively a 3.9647% increase in the tax rate. For a $100,000 home the increase in taxes will be $39.30. The adopted tax rate will raise more taxes for M & O than the prior year’s tax rate.
