I. Call to Order
Description:
CALL TO ORDER and an announcement by the president that a notice of the meeting has been posted in a manner required by law, and that a quorum is present.

II.A. Legal Matters (Texas Govt Code Section 551.071)
Description:
Consultation with legal counsel concerning matters on which the attorney's duty to the System under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Laws.

II.B. Real Estate (Texas Govt Code Section 551.072)
Description:
Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on negotiations.

II.C. Personnel Matters (Texas Govt. Code Section 551.074)
Description:
Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation and duties of the Superintendent.

IV. Pledge and Invocation

IV.A. Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags.
|

IV.B. Invocation will be given by Superintendent Lloyd Graham.

V. Public Comments
Description:
The Board will now hear those who wish to make comments and who have completed and returned the Public Comment Participation Request. This section will be conducted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and Board Policy. Complaints and concerns, for which other resolution channels are provided, shall be directed through those channels.

VI. Action and/or Discussion Items
|
|
VI.A. Consider the Purchase of a Tract of Land for the Relocation of Bayshore Elementary School. Said tract is approximately 20.1190 acres out of Tract 4, Abstract 30 in the W. R. Harris Survey, Harris County, Texas and authorization of Superintendent to take all other actions necessary or advisable to finalize the transaction including execution of the purchase and sale agreement and other documents.
