Consideration and action to approve recommended changes to local policies as provieded within TASB Update 114, affecting Waxahachie ISD local policies BE, BED, CDA, CH, CKC, CQ, CQB, DFFA, EHBB, FDE, FFB, FFBA, FL, and GBAA, and to restore local policy DED to its original language which existed prior to the local policy review session performed by TASB, allowing the adoption of a new policy manyal to be publische by TASB for WISD.

VII. ACTION ITEMS.

VII.A. Consideration and possible action to adopt  the Order Calling for a Bond Election and take all necessary action thereof, authorizing the superintendent to execute the necessary documents on behalf of Waxahachie Independent School District.

VII.B. Consideration and approval of Election items that include Order of Trustee Election, Notice of Election, and Joint Election Contract for Election Services with Waxahachie ISD and Ellis County Elections Office.

VII.C. Consideration with possible action to adopt an order authorizing the issuance of refunding bonds, establishing parameters for the refunding and delegating authority to the administration to complete the refunding.

VII.D. Consideration and possible action to approve school rezonig plans.
