VIII.A. Consideration with possible action to approve furniture order for Wilemon STEAM Academy at a cost not to exceed $1,200,000.

VIII.B. Consideration with possible action to approve an order authorizing the issuance of refunding bonds, delegating authority to the administration to approve the bonds and establishing parameters for the refunding.
