Consider professional contract recommendations

Consider adopting a Resolution formally approving the purchase of a 29.938-acre tract of real property in Medina County, Texas, and authorizing the Superintendent to act on behalf of the Board to close on the transaction, to tender the agreed Purchase Price and all closing and other costs required under the Contract to the title company for the acquisition of said property, and to execute such other and further documents as may be necessary or desirable to effect the District’s purchase of the said property.
