Consider adopting a Resolution approving the purchase of an approximate 29.94-acre tract of real property located in Medina County, Texas and authorizing the Superintendent to act on behalf of the Board to enter into a Contract for the Purchase of Real Estate in substantially the same form as presented to the Board.
