All that certain tract in the J. H. Chism Survey, Liberty County, Texas, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:  

BEGINNING at the S.E. Corner of Block 7, in the West Margin of Chism Street, in the Likens Addition to the Town of Devers;  

THENCE West 115 feet to the S.W. corner of Block 7;  

THENCE South parallel to Chism Street and 115 feet distant therefrom 190 feet, more or less to the North Margin of U.S. Highway 90;  

THENCE East in the North Margin of the U.S. Highway 90, a distance of 115 feet to its intersection with Chism Street;

THENCE North 191.5 ft. with the West line of Chism Street, to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, together with improvements thereon.
