I. TEAM OF 8 TRAINING: The Board and Superintendent will participate in an interactive Team of 8 Training Workshop, via Net 3 broadcast from Region III Education Service Center, Victoria Texas.  The Team of 8 board  training will focus on the Texas Accountability System for 2018 and moving districts forward by focusing all efforts toward student performance.  This session will focus on the role of the board in creating a district vision focused on improvement, the organizational health of the district, working together as a team, and advocating for students.
