I. TEAM OF EIGHT SCHOOL BOARD TRAINING

Description:
The Board and Superintendent will participate in interactive Team of 8 Training via Net 3, broadcast from Region III Education Service Center, Victoria, Texas. The Team of 8 will focus on the role and responsibilities of the board members and superintendent in the process for achieving success of the district on the implementation of the Texas State Assessment - STAAR. Each member will review his individual strengths as a member of the team and determine how to best maximize his contribution to the success of the Team of 8 and the school district.
