Consider approval of First Amendment to Agreement for Purchase and Sale with Bridgeland Development, LP to increase the total land area to approximately 18.05 acres at a purchase price not to exceed $3.00 per square foot plus closing costs and to update the contract exhibits and authorize the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the First Amendment.

Accept the Application of AP Solar 8, LLC for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property; Authorize the Superintendent to review the Application for completeness and submit to the Comptroller, and authorize the Superintendent to enter into any agreement to extend the deadline for Board action beyond 150 days subject to Board ratification.

7.B. Retain Consultants to Assist the District in the Processing of Application from AP Solar 8, LLC.
